For Optimal Success Equipment is Required

I have compiled a recommended Amazon equipment list. This is the complete list of equipment needed to have optimal postural re-education. Weak or lagging muscles that are under stimulated require a large enough stimulus (ie…the target muscle has to work hard enough) to correct postural dysfunction longterm, present in the muscular system.

  • 1 Foam Roller

  • 1 Set of Mini Looped Bands
  • 1 TRX Suspension Trainer
  • 1 Exercise Ball

There is a list of options below, some equipment is bundled with others. You may already have some of this equipment, collecting dust, so I added options for individual pieces.
