Welcome to True Balance Therapy!

Now that you have learned a bit about, you may be wondering what the next steps are. I am here to guide you through the process of achieving optimal movement patterns, improving your balance, and addressing any chronic muscular pain and discomfort.

The first step in your journey towards optimal postural health is to take the quick questionnaire below to schedule an Initial Posture Screen. During this assessment, I will use evidence-based assessments, manual muscle testing(Length and Strength Test), to identify any imbalances or restrictions in your muscle system.

After the assessment, I will develop a customized plan based on your specific needs and goals. This plan will include corrective strategies, self-myofascial release, static stretching, and level 1 exercises to build a new baseline and is your Phase 1 starting point.

Moving onto Phase 2 and 3: Once you have completed Phase 1, which is designed to build a new baseline, you will move on to Phase 2 and 3. These phases involve a 3-day a week routine that includes self-myofascial release, static stretching, and level 2 and 3-4 exercises.

Re-assessments are also included in these phases to track progress and make any necessary adjustments.

My program is designed to improve your overall postural health and empower you to sustain these improvements. You will learn about your body, understand the positions that cause pain, and develop awareness on how to get out of pain.
